Leadership Howard County, which seeks to empower leaders to strengthen and transform the community, will hold A Night of Illuminating Leadership. At the event, Leadership Howard County will present the Key Community Leader Award to Ellen Flynn Giles, a consultant, analyst, editor and independent business owner. In addition, Leadership Howard County will present the Emerging Leader Award, Corporate Community Impact Leader and the Best Class Ever for 2024.
