Emotional Mental Health
Support Group for Students

Studies show a rise in suicidal ideations, anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem among young people today. Also a large percentage of youth has been adversely been affected emotionally and mentally during and following the pandemic.
Often youth are clueless about how to identify their feelings or manage their emotions. We offer youth a safe place to get peer and adult support. They connect with other peers experiencing similar issues. We used a variety of activities to reduce stress and anxiety, build strong self-esteem and confidence and promote positive mental and emotional health. Groups are facilitated by professionals; PhD Social Worker, Mental Health Clinician, Nurse Practicer, and Behavioral Therapist.
