Unmatched Athlete, a Maryland area non-profit launched in July 2020, announces its series of free LGBTQ+ Youth Climbing Days will be held the last Saturday of each month in 2023, alternating each of the DMV's five Movement Gyms. You might know Movement by its former name "Earth Treks."

The first monthly event will be held at Movement Columbia on Saturday, January 28th from 12:00pm-2:30pm for teens age 13-18. Teens are welcome to attend for a fun day of ‘Intro to Ropes’ climbing course and a teen leadership activity. The climbing course and leadership activity may be limited to the first 20 participants who sign up.
